Shipping & Handling
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Tucson, AZ. Orders are charged a minimum of $6.95 on orders up to 74.99. Orders 75.00 and beyond are charged at 9.0% of the merchandise total. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin islands, APO/FPO and all others outside the 48 States, are charged actual freight and may ship via US Post Office unless another service is requested at your expense.

Returns & Damages
If you find it necessary to return an item, YOU MUST call Jeffco at 800-248-3453 for a return merchandise authorization. Orders without RMA's will be REFUSED and returned to you at YOUR expense. Items not in original manufacturer's packaging will be refused and returned to you. If an item you purchased arrives damaged in shipment, you must either refuse it because of damage or sign for it as damaged and report it to the freight company immediately. Please call Jeffco and advise them of the situation. Some restrictions apply.

Custom Orders
Please note, custom orders, including, but not limited to, custom fastener orders and imprinted folders may not be returned. Call your Jeffco representative for further details.

Shortages & Discrepancies
It is imperative that you check your order as soon as it arrives and report any discrepancies immediately to Jeffco at 1-800-248-3453.
